Let me begin by saying this, the Market right now is INSANE that being said Ali Fawaz came through for me on many levels. He listed my home at a fair market price and it had multiple offers on day 1, on his recommendation we held for day 3 and I received the highest offer which was 27k over asking, AND it appraised at the sale price! I was more that happy with the result. Athough the process was very stressful at times Ali made the process more tolerable and in the end it was a great result and experience….
